When everything is pressing in at once and you can’t find the edge of it, this is for you. Ten minutes to put it all down, just for now. To breathe. To remember that you don’t have to carry it all at the same time. That underneath the overwhelm there is a quieter place, and it has been waiting for you. You don’t need to fix anything right now.
