Meditate together
I'm excited that we will be able to meditate together this week with my first ever grounding meditation video. This is a good one to do if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed or just generally disconnected from the ground beneath your feet. The practice is designed to literally root you in place so that you can feel calmer and more connected with your breath, with the earth and with yourself.

Hi Emma, good stuff I really liked to connect to the earth concept, loved to tuis in the background…not sure about the plane. That said felt chilled after this meditation so thanks
