Breath Work


Five minutes. That’s all it takes to completely change the state of your nervous system. When we are stressed, anxious or overwhelmed our breathing becomes shallow and fast, which tells the brain there is danger and keeps the body in fight or flight. This simple five minute breathwork practice interrupts that cycle. It sends a direct signal to your nervous system that you are safe. That you can soften. That you can breathe. No experience needed. No special technique. Just your breath and five minutes. You can do this anywhere, at your desk, in your car, in the bathroom, on your lunch break. Whenever the world feels like too much and you need to reset. Bring it to the cushion.
