Guided meditation for anxiety

Anxiety is an awful feeling. It seeps from our minds into our bodies and creates a sense of dread and panic that is hard to shift. When we feel anxious we are often feeling ungrounded and disconnected from our bodies and the earth beneath our feet. This gentle meditation is designed to bring us back to the present moment, and back to our breath so that we can replace our sense of panic with a sense of comfort, one breath at a time.
