Our guest today first trained as a journalist and worked at the Otago Daily Times and New Zealand Herald, before becoming a researcher and writer on TVNZ lifestyle shows, including 'New Zealand's Got Talent.' She moved to New York City, to teach creative writing at the University of St Josephs in Brooklyn. and upon returning home, did the same at the Continuing Education Department, Auckland University, and the Women's Centre in Grey Lynn.
Among the many things she has done are; setting up New Zealand's first multicultural talent agency, running an online import and export healthcare business and somehow she has also found time to write a book.
